Running a 5k in 20 minutes is something around a 6 minute mile, right? Ryan started running CC this year and I think 6 minutes is slightly above average for them (I could be way off on that). That's about where he is, and he never ran, except for basketball and soccer, before that. So I guess if you give those kids another four years they'll be the stars of the team, that's pretty impressive.
